Château Rose Sainte Croix

La Croix Méditerranée Rosé Blend 2021

“Rose’ of the South of France.?” Blend of Cinsault (50%), Grenache (40%), Syrah (8%) and Carignan (2%). Nice pale pink color. Aromas and flavors of red fruit, apricot, peach, wildflowers and fresh herbs. There is a pleasant green note on the very juicy pallet. Touch of minerals and saline on the finish. Easy drinker. Cru Classé Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2020

Very mineral, saline and savory impressions. Not that complex not deep, but highly drinkable, fresh and thirst quenching.

Domaine Achard-Vincent

Sainte - Croix Brut Clairette de Die

Traditionally made sparkling Clairette - austerity and acid and something different for a change.

Notes of dark amber buckwheat honey with toasted graham cracker and baked peaches.
