2016 - Tart, drinks more like a Sau Blanc — 4 years ago
2014 vintage Super Tuscan blend of 65% Cab Sau, 16% Merlot, 15% Sangiovese, 2% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot. Rich and flavorful - dark chocolate, olives, sandalwood, spices, very subtle black fruit undertones. Big entrance, flavorful mid-palate, nice finish with medium acidity and restrained, soft tannins. — 5 years ago
Delicious. At Fogo De Chao in Sau Paolo. Brilliant. 92. — 6 months ago
2014 - Since our 2010 taste and rating, this great Sau Blanc is still our favorite for this varietal; luscious, honey nectar bouquet and great body with just the right amount of acidity, mildly citrus and late harvest subtle sweetness. Will continue to buy and enjoy. — 6 years ago
Nectar of the gods; opulent bouquet, luscious body, lingering finish; best Sangiovese from Altamura who makes the best Sau Blanc and primo Cab. Yeah, Frank! — 5 years ago

Still not my thing, but by far the best we’ve tried. Not too concentrated, very aromatic, goes down smooth — 3 months ago
