Full bodied barbera cab blend. Likely more Cabernet than barbera. Slightly tannic but not overwhelming. 2010 was a great year. Can go another 5 years but don't risk going further. Paired with porchetta, sautéed spinach and aged provolone ravioli by Vera Pasta with sweet tomato gravy. Was great upon opening and held steady throughout.
