Skin contact Riesling from the Carriere vineyard - farmed biodynamically, like all of their plots. Aged in foudres for 9 months. Aromatic. Peach on the nose. Citrus, tangerine. Fresh, mineral — 5 years ago
Not a typical Chablis to my mind. Yes a hint of green in the colour but lower in mineralogy and that element of flint. Nevertheless a lovely wine with peachy fruit and decent body and length. Think more southern Burgundy. I would definitely buy again at this price point. — 6 years ago

Light and dry red without being simple. Maison carriere in Chamonix — 8 years ago
Yep another one, apparently a cellar full of working for wine is up for drinking. The 2002, What can I say this split, was sound and solid. Great balance and elegance. Might have to open up a full bottle next time. Thanks Jim! — 11 years ago

Vin tres dense , seduisant et equilibré. 2018 encore plus sur les fruits noirs, explosif en bouche avec une fin de bouche épicée tout en longueur ! au top ! — 4 years ago

Singing! A hint of reduction initially. Apples, honeysuckle, a touch of caramel, long finish with acid and some bitters. Just lovely. Highly recommend. — 7 years ago
Rose petal and violets mixed with fresh nectarine. Medium-full body for a rose and with nice dry texture on the long finish. — 8 years ago
Slightly spicy with a smooth finish. Overall delicious! — 11 years ago
In every sense of the word, this Blanc De Noir is beautiful. The labeling alone deserves an award! With Pinot Noir sourced from my favorite vineyard in the state (Temperance Hill), this is a complex, gorgeous, elegant, full bodied, fruit forward beauty with pin point bubbles from Heaven. Strawberries, raspberries, fresh baked bread. rich fruit upon entry follow through to the forever finish , seamlessly. Zippy, zesty acidity rounds out the fruit. Bubble Bliss!! — 12 years ago
