This was perfect for pizza and for a crowd. Ruby red, with ripe cherry notes. Accessible tannin and finished juices. This bottle went fast. — 21 days ago

Very delicate, clean - perfect for Summer days in the garden and better than most prosecco or champagne in my opinion. Exceptionally fizzy! Currently only £10 from Waitrose as at 05/04/21 — 12 days ago
Delicious red I had at pera soho with mom dad ali and Adam. Light but flavorful — 13 days ago
Cherry, leather, spice, earth, high acid, medium tannins. Took a bit to open up, would definitely decant or hold. An absolutely wonderful wine. — a month ago
2016. The liner of the screw cap was stuck to the bottle and there was a nice POP when I pulled it off, no other fizz in the wine. What was immediately released were big red fruit aromas. This trocken wine had more to offer than fruit, and the crisp acidity and minerals helped it pair great with a smoky wedding kielbasa, white bean, and mustard green ragout. — 7 days ago

Great orange wine
I guess it might even be hard to reproduce
The must was fermenting for a year, but hadn't finished its work, so to give it a kick the man drops the skins used in the next year wine which had better luck with completing its own process.
It is a wine that has been helped from the future!!!
The result is so surprising and enjoyable
The wine is orange and brilliant
Fruity, mineral and full on on fermentative notes with a marvellous freshness that doesn't leave you alone.
