Reona's birthday dinner wine. Needed decanting and a lot of airing to open up and take the edge off. — 3 years ago
Fantastic value: pungent vanilla fig raspberry aroma with a deep leathery coffee like body and palate and mildly lingering buttery finish. One of, if not the best, $15 wines I’ve ever had — 3 years ago
Typical blend, a bit high on the alcohol. Don’t see the low scores here or the 93 from Parker either. Right down the middle for me. For the price this is a very nice wine. — 4 years ago
Nose is of cherry with oak, a hint of smoke and fresh dill. Smooth with a dry finish, quite acidic, oak out the wazoo and a intense spicy kick to finish. Beautiful deep ruby colour. I would expect a little more sweetness for a tempranillo. Lovely red from Espana. — 2 years ago
Medium ruby color.
Aromas of tomato leaf, stewed tomatoes, red fruit.
Dry. Flavors of red fruit, tomato leaf, black olive, clove, herbal. Very savory with a hint of fruit in the background. Tannins are moderate and smooth. Surprisingly lovely!

At dinner the other night, we ordered this in place of the Kenzo Sauvignon Blanc and it did not disappoint. Lovely tropical fruit notes. It was a great substitute for our favorite wine. — 3 years ago
Worked greatly with Mexican Food for a extremely late lunch…. Lots of kick — 4 years ago

Ray Vanderhoff
Blend of Garnacha (55%), Syrah (39%) and Mazuelo (6%). Dark ruby color with garnet highlights. Aromas of wet soil, coffee, violets and ripe red fruit. Flavors of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry fruit, dark chocolate, minerals and baking spices. Bit of vanilla on the long and pleasant finish. Soft/tight tannins and vibrant (a bit overbearing) acidity that causes the mouth to salivate. Medium-plus body and structure. Needs aeration. — 4 months ago
