Light, acidic, crisp. Not super dry but also not sweet. Notes of grapefruit? — 2 years ago
2016. The liner of the screw cap was stuck to the bottle and there was a nice POP when I pulled it off, no other fizz in the wine. What was immediately released were big red fruit aromas. This trocken wine had more to offer than fruit, and the crisp acidity and minerals helped it pair great with a smoky wedding kielbasa, white bean, and mustard green ragout. — 5 years ago

This wants me to start looking for more Marsanne whites..its a medium white thats creamy and with body with some slight bitter and acidity. White fruit and light honey..Nothing complex but great value for under 20 — 7 months ago
The Thibault-Jannison “FIZZ” sparkling wine is a simple joy & a half. The nose is a subtle, bright white peach, and when paired with any sort of seafood it becomes more than what it began as.
As it breathes and grows on the palate, I’m hard-pressed to find a sparkling wine that is this enjoyable- and yet this well-produced.
We’re having shrimp and buttery pasta tonight, and this simple-yet-truly-elegant wine just nailed it. — 4 years ago
Light and fruity with a slight fizz. Crisp and zesty finish. Paired well with halibut. — 7 months ago
Best of the night…. $26…. It should be drank now — 8 months ago
I have seen this a bunch on posts lately. It’s like the TikTok leggings. I think my bottle lost its fizz. Very interesting wine none the less. Real fruity. Watermelon, cherry. Awesome color. I bought a few bottles so hopefully one will have a little fizz going on. — 4 years ago

One of my favorite rosés. Strawberry stems and granite. Acid, structure, perfect fizz. Absolutely stunning. Stock up on this for summer. — 5 years ago

Graceful as a ballet dancer—heady notes of yeasty and nutty roundness (think morning fresh baked bagel with almond and hazelnut) punctuated by the staccato of gently sour citrus (lemon, lime, citron, yuzu), balanced by minerals and delightful fizz. Drinks much younger than it is, so if you are lucky enough to have more of this ambrosia there’s no rush to empty out your cellar (20 is the new 10, as the Boomers would say). Enjoyed this gem at Hayato Restaurant in LA (best Kaiseki I’ve ever experienced) with my daughter Rachel and her friend Lindsay right after they finished taking the California Bar Exam. Best of luck, girls! — 2 months ago
