NV; Blend of 2010 & 2011. Decanted 2H, all prior bottles 6H+.
Nose has dry crushed slate, propane gas (not distracting), piles & piles of green apple peel, lime rind, freshly juiced lime and a bag of rubber bands (thanks Josh).
Palate has cane sugar sweetened lime juice, bruised mint (mojito style), green mango (under-ripe) and over-ripe peach.
Delicious, balanced sweet/acidity on the long finish. Special, no other words need.
(Except more air appreciated, in comparison to prior bottles.) — 2 years ago
