Expressive Bordeaux blend from …. Valle de Guadeloupe! Brought it home when we were traveling there. They are making great wines in Baja California region but interestingly very difficult, if not impossible to get in the US. Paralelo 31 was recommended by several. They are part of a larger project. Colores morados, presenta matices púrpuras.
Olores frutales, frutos rojos y morados, uvas, cerezas, ciruelas, vainilla, un vino con poco cuerpo, fresco, no es astringente, no perdura mucho en boca, pero tiene un buen sabor.

Para maridaje, me agrada con comidas simples una hamburguesa, pizza , nada de carnes o platos elaborados.
