This is 100% Syrah from Gilles Troullier in Roussillon. Not as complex or concentrated as his Boreal, but nevertheless, really good. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, exotic flowers, and wild game give way to a mouthful of dark fruit, mineral, and smooth tannins. This wine is reminiscent of a young Cote Rotie, just not quite as complex. Great effort here. 2016 vintage on November 16, 2018. — 6 years ago
Another awesome IPA from Boreal.
IPA hop with the cream and satiafying depth of a stout. — 9 years ago
Super juicy and smooth Syrah. Good memories, great red. — 11 years ago
Não sou um grande apreciador de espumantes mas sou fã deste Moscatel. Especialmente pelo custo. Enfim, ideal para minha primeira viagem a Fortaleza — 8 years ago
Awsome Drk IPA...great hops...prefer Boreal Black Bear IPA...the hounds are respectfully on the Black Bear's heels. — 9 years ago
Bright citrus and tropical fruit - orange, grapefruit, pineapple. Also Sauv Blanc cat pee, white peppercorn, coriander. Has the house brett funk flavors, but very well integrated to enhance the fruit, not so much rusty and funky. High acidity but not overly so. Overall, a great American sour, and one of Anchorage's best. Very light body, dry. Extremely drinkable. — 10 years ago

Blanc des noirs. Angular. Terrific aromatics. Mousse is on point. Light brioche, cider notes. Mineral finish. The aromatics stay with you. Cool project from the Vouette & Sorbée folks with some neighbors’ fruit. — 4 years ago
