Juicy, fruity flavors of citrus, peach, and honeydew lead to striking minerality with hints of essential lemon oil and stone with rich acidity. Bright and juicy and medium-bodied on the palate with lovey acidity. Rich flavors of black fruits lead to notes of black pepper, dried herbs and cocoa powder. Third vintage and still probably the best white Boordy now makes. A beautiful, fresh nose of apricot and peach and just a touch of fresh grass. The palate is lush and juicy fresh out of the bottle with rich, dry acidity. Juicy flavors of apple, peach and melon followed by very dry herbal tones and a touch of stone. The 60% Merlot really shows with flavors of red and black plum, sour cherry, dried herbs and black pepper all backed by soft, gentile tannins. The wine finishes peppery with lingering acidity.
