it’s like a Christmas bourbon. It’s just swimming in cinnamon, roasted apple, rosemary, nutmeg, brown sugar and vanilla. It’s 62.75% but it actually needs that to cut through the richness of the wood flavor. Just awesome. — 4 years ago

Marvelous. All the classic brown sugar, vanilla, oak and spice you could want, with none of the medicinal stinging bitterness of a lesser whiskey. Remarkable depth. Opens to reveal more of its bouquet with water, but I found it most impressive uncut.
