v13. Outstanding! Soft black licorice nose. Fresh, juicy black currant and cassis fruit. Smooth, long, chewy, pleasantly astringent mocha and leather finish. Nicely balanced — a month ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits and blossom and spice, aged 14 months in (25% new) French oak. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with a touch of zesty lemon, crisp, with cinnamon and vanilla notes. Nice mouthfeel, vivid acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, vanilla and earthy citrus mineral character. Biodynamic, Nice! — 3 months ago
