Simple and I like it. Perfect for the price, I’d say. Aniseed is the most compelling tasting note. Okay truth? I’m a NUT for anything absinthe-y. Which is to say I like black jellybeans, caraway, in theory licorice (yet somehow I don’t like black twizzlers—texture?), chervil and tarragon and...Garnacha that is anise-y. As this is so it has my heart. It has a smidge of cocoa and tobacco on the end. I dunno I dig. — 6 years ago
