Thanksgiving wine, 2016 earthy delish — a month ago
Well balanced red blend, though don’t know what comprises the mix. Dark fruits with a little oak and vanilla. Light tannins, quite smooth and fruit steps up at the finish. Great TJs buy from the consistently good Bogle. — 6 months ago
Oak, vanilla, smoky. Balanced richness. Slight sweet, fruity, pear, gentle citrus which is come from vintage, 2016. Honey, maple sirup @, Vinsamble, 240406 — 9 months ago
Really nice dark red color, a bit sharp on the tongue and nose at first but then aired out into a nice bold, slightly spicy or peppery flavor. It was my Thanksgiving (vegetarian) feast and it worked well. — a month ago
In Haskell’s box. We liked. Full body but to me less oaky. W detected more oak but also liked. A keeper. — a month ago

Tree Kilpatrick
Classic label. Spooky vine. Color is vinous blood, ruby red. Blood in the bag. Mom’s borsch. Aroma: Berry compote, beets, earthy, stream bank. Flavors are complex and rich. Long and astringent with the mineral limestone stuff of nice Shiraz. Plenty of sarsaparilla and cola within the sugars. Balance is awesome. Has something for most everyone. Complex, but not over the top. This is a great wine that makes everyone feel good about Clarksburg red. — 4 days ago
