Nose has dried pear, under-ripe peach, wet slate, cold wax and distant petrol.
Palate has dried pear, dried pineapple with fading acidity.
Still enjoyable, in a different spot than our prior bottle a few years back.
I believe the blend to be 60% Callet / 30% Prensal / 10% Muscat-Giro. All fruit from sunny Mallorca! — 17 days ago

Unfiltered skin-contact white made with 100% Prensal (aka, Moll, indigenous to Mallorca), from organically farmed vineyards on limestone and fossil-rich marl soils.
