Wow! Anima Negra's Callet and Montenegro from the Canary Islands is delicious! Almost Pinot Noir like. Spicy.

Butterscotch, smoke and earth, and surprisingly a scintilla of mint. This wine from Mallorca was great with tapas @ Oloroso in Philadelphia.
