Dark Ruby in colour - almost black and impenetrable. Notes of creosote, stewed black and red fruits and a note of crushed ant which is not meant to be disparaging. Grainy Tannins resolving with a pruney note on the medium to full bodied palate. I haven’t always enjoyed the Dead Arm but this was a beauty. The first of 3. — 2 months ago
Good, soft, dry, slightly juicy — 9 months ago
Rhonda loves, and says buy it all on chairman's. At total wine and Moore it is $17 before discounts. It is winery direct, so buy 2 cases at 20% off. — 2 months ago
good, very drinkable. Medium body, very acidic. Nice minerality — 5 months ago
Still my fave Moore brothers selection — 8 months ago
This wine is delicious. I could drink it every day and be happy. It’s listed as Gamay Noir on the front label and Beaujolais Villages on the back. I assume the back is accurate, as it’s a step up from your basic Beaujolais. I got this for $14 from Moore Brothers, which is an insane value considering that Cru Beaujolais routinely sells for twice as much these days. Whatever you do, don’t buy this so that it remains relatively cheap and there’s more for me. — a month ago
Crisp, refreshing, some tartness. Would drink it again. — 4 months ago
Sue Bell has used all Italian varietals, quite aromatic at that, to make this very tasty Rosato, hence the term. Including the southern Sicilian red Nero d”Avola, Barbera, and Pinot Grigio. Aromas of strawberry, red cherry and thistle. Very smashable. Store in cellar till you run out and need another case. — 5 months ago
