Big flavors and maturing nicely. A bit more oak presence than I prefer but a well made wine and has plenty of life to continue aging. — 8 years ago
2016 vintage opened on 11.16.2019. Still young and needs time in the bottle, yet impressive as all of Richard Arrowood’s wines are! Had with spicy meat chili which brought out the soft tannins that were trapped by all the young berry fruit. — 4 years ago

Wow,
White Burgundy on the wrong continent.
K&L notes as follows,
The fruits in this bottling was sourced from a certified organic vineyard (Jos. Belli Vineyards) planted and owned by Joe Belli, Richard Arrowood's (winemaker) close friend and longtime business partner. Aged for 11 months in new French Oak, this Chardonnay showcases pretty aromas and flavors of ripe apricots, ripe yellow pear, pineapple, lemon curd, chamomile, chalk, hint of pie crust, vanilla, and a touch of macadamia-like nutty character. Crisp, refreshing, and full of personality! — 5 months ago
