The 2021 Alliance has everything, it is not as well balanced as the 2020 but close. — 3 years ago
Bright yellow. Clear. A bit closed on the nose, ripe apples, peach, honey, oak. Dried fruits, orange on palette. Acid. Tangy or spicy. Silky, medium finish. Tasted in May 2021 at BigMacs&Burgundy book event by Alliance Francaise. — 5 years ago

Bright and a tad hot. Some pepper/spice. Cherry cola with soft tannins and a TON of acidity. Almost an effervescence which never hurts my feelings. Smells candy sweet but drinks with a bit more maturity. — 4 years ago
Great brut with a huge dry back bone — 7 years ago
Another Wine Club meeting come and gone. This time we had some exceptional selections that were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Speaking of enjoyment, there are few things more enjoyable than sharing good wine with good friends. This is one reason why Wine Club is a tradition that we will strive to preserve for many years to come. — 9 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lemon citrus zest and bread notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and heavy yeasty buttery biscuit character. — 10 months ago
