@Brian Hearty, I don’t know if you’re familiar with Eric Texier and his wines, but he makes a tiny amount of VV Chateauneuf-du-Pape (from purchased fruit) that is mostly Clairette Blanche — I’ve known Eric for some years, and he’s told me multiple times that Clairette is his favorite white grape from CdP, FWIW!! If you ever see a bottle of Texier VV CdP Blanc, give it a try!!
