2021/1/13-15 with judías and roasted cabbage, chorizo and eggs, etc. This is one of my favorite Mencia-based wines, though this bottle was slightly more mercurial than usual. It opened a little leafy and smoky, perhaps a touch reduced, but with air it revealed that rocky but elegant red fruit - cherry and raspberry. — 3 years ago

Perfectly served w pulpo gallego, (octopus) Served at menu del Dia (Spanish mid day meal 2pm)
