Peach and apricot, nice on the palate. — a month ago
My favorite wine on Etna — 2 months ago
Floral, lychee, stone fruit but dry and delicate. No haze or sediment. Really amazing orange wine. One of my trend faves. — 13 days ago

Highly aromatic, orange flowers, lemon and orange peel, even a little lychee, on the palate, it was balance with medium acidity, and some saline taste. Medium finish. A fantastic wine. — 19 days ago
Some wines are interesting and an experience to taste. Other wines are interesting and just plain good as hell. An outstanding light amber color with a wide brim. The nose on this thing, my goodness. Floral notes start the show off but you’ll also find nuts and herbs. There’s some pine and lemons happening here along with plenty of grapefruit and apricots. Honeysuckle and the briefest whiff of onions.
We all know about Cos and the terracotta amphorae used for aging. It makes a huge difference. This is a beautiful wine and it gains depth and feeling in the glass. Light alcohol at 11.5 and it’s surprisingly refreshing. More salinity than expected and bone dry in the mouth. Orange marmalade, spice, and muted peaches. Extraordinary stuff. A wine that stays with you for some time. Drink up. — a month ago
Popping some Maltese wine from the trip! Tastes like honey glazed dried peaches. Fabulous. — 2 months ago
