Took a while to open but when it did was very nice. Has the nose of a Syrah. Enjoyable — 4 years ago
Rich plums and body of dried fruits. Lovely. — 5 years ago
2010 Forte from The Vineyard at Florence in Texas. Made from 100% Lenoir (which is actually a native Texas grape that formed a natural hybrid with a Spanish grape), it’s full-bodied, rich & fruity. Very much like a pure Syrah with a touch of pepper & spice. Soft tannins & a smooth finish make it one of the best Texas wines I’ve ever had! Cheers🍷 — 2 years ago
Oh boy! Spice, pepper, earthy on the nose. Nice feel with dark fruits followed by some heat. Herbaceous, with an ode to the chili pepper. Nice finish. Big wine. Fun to drink. — 4 years ago
Paired with lobster tail and crab cakes. Delicious nose, not too earthy yet bold. — 2 years ago
Amazing! One of the best reds I’ve had in awhile! — 5 years ago

Thought this #sangiovese was awesome considering most imports are sent with oak in mind. It's high acid and racy because it needs more time. Exceptional #wine in my opinion. True to varietal and plenty of room to grow. Subtlety damp, high acid, high cherry with a focused level of robustness, cherry skin. — 2 years ago
