Tiny bubbles, perfect effervescence, a slight funk of bleu cheese on the nose, top Champagne! — 3 years ago
Good but would go with others due to price — 3 years ago
Hardly anything noticeable on the nose. One unique thing about this wine is the dominant alcohol throughout the palate, even the lingering alcohol like hard liquor. — 5 years ago

An extra brut. Bright rose gold with fine bubbles and white mousse. High percentage of the Pinots results in a voluptuous nose of Royal Anne cherry and toasted white bread. Medium bodied palate echoes the palate with flinty baking apple mid palate. High acidity, of course. Slightly lingering finish. Approachable extra bruts (and brut natures) are the one upside to climate change. Tsarine’s black grape-heavy cuvée puts Orium right up there in the pack. A perfect match for Sushi, oysters, or that classic Champagne brunch dish, scrambled eggs with caviar. Drink it when you buy it. — a year ago
