Makes your checks pucker a bit to start, but it’s very clean and is organic without added sulfites so no headache. — 4 months ago
Smooth, strong — 5 months ago
Pop and pour yesterday. This has a beaujolais nouveau vibe: light rose in color, low ABV (11%), maybe carbonic maceration based on the slight bubblegum/jolly rancher note(?). Anyway, fresh and solid. On the nose: cherry lipstick, jolly rancher. On the palate: solid acidity, light-bodied, lovely soft burgundy color, but a somewhat short finish. — 6 months ago
A summer banger with a bit of funk and sparkle. Delightful! — 3 months ago
30% whole cluster fermentation with native yeast. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2 added.
Beautiful red violet, clear. Soil on the nose, round cherry note in the background.
Weight on the pallet is lighter medium. Pleasant and balanced acidity.
Texture is lively on first pour, without aeration, love it. With a bit of air, the texture is more silky, tannins align and sync. Fruit is in the cherry spectrum, woody tannin.
Great spring and warmer weather carefree red.
Finish is quick, and clean.
Good in its own & w/food.
