Willamette Valley Dry Riesling 2016

Tastes almost like an old world riesling with dry minerals and a touch of effervescence on the finish. Paired with Dungeness crab lightly tossed with Meyer lemon, mayo salt pepper on a with low salt trader joe potato chips. Great combo. — 4 years ago

Happy Cinco De Mayo 2019.....wwwaaahhh, a wine break.....Tom's PERFECT margarita:

1.5 oz. 100% agave Reposado Tequila
1.0 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz. Agave nectar
0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed orange juice.

Shake with ice, serve over ice (no frozen BS!) and do not forget to enjoy!

Light Amber liquid. Purchased at Bottles and Bitters in S. San Francisco for around $50. Yasss. Cuts the richness of artichokes and mayo nicely.
