This California red blend from Dave Phinney is always tasty especially when you pair it with rib eye.
Big bold and very fruity. Full bodied with medium minus acidity.
Showing black fruits with lots of chocolate notes.
Nice length on the finish with soft tannins and tangy cherries.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Might be too sweet for some.
I cellard this Non Vintage for a couple of years, and it is drinking nicer now than before.
15.5% alcohol by volume.

Not bad for a white table wine!

As stated by others, this wine benefits from oxygen. Very tight at open, this wine opens up and evolves to very dark blue fruit and dark florals. Great structure. — 6 months ago
One of the more wallet friendly Swift wines while dining out. Starts very dry, quite typical of Swift. Over the bottle it developed into nice jammy stone fruit notes. — 3 months ago
Had a slightly sweet finish. We liked it. It would make an excellent base for sangria. — 3 months ago
Happy New Year! 🥳🎉🎊🍷
Very black cherries, black plum with extra skin contact, blackberries, black raspberries, poached strawberries, dark spices with heat, clove, nutmeg, mix dark cola, dry top soils, crushed, dry, crushed rocks, eucalyptus, mint, dry herbs-bay leaf, dark rich earth, woody, leather, tobacco, grilled, heavy seasoned meats with candied, florals that are; dark, purple, red and some blue. Nice acidity. The finish’s is nice but needs more time in bottle to balance-soften. Yet, is persistent as hell.
Needs 3-8 years in bottle. However, with vinaigrette salad with caramelized walnuts & dry, dark cherries...👌 But, she’s a very dirty Burgundy on her own at this point.
The funny thing, I sadly don’t remember buying this wine. Hazards of owning too much wine in so many locations.

Solid. Jammy Dark fruit, cardamom. Mouthfeel is plush and thick, almost oily. Firm but opens with air. Very enjoyable casual wine. — 6 months ago
