Played nicely with smoked mackerel and hamachi kama. Lemon, saline minerality. Thanks, Winelandia.com! — 9 years ago

Everyone should seek this out. Very complex wine. I get marzipan, a light cherry water, pear, a bit of citrus, some minerals. The palate is mouthwatering. It fills up all your senses at the finish and makes you want another sip. There is the slightest hint of honey cream at the end that I find delightful. Will update as it evolves. — 3 years ago
Caramelised pineapples, peach, baked apple and ginger, with underlying quince and almonds. Brilliant acidity giving it another 3-5 years aging potential. Some honey and toasted brioche on the finish. Love this wine. — 10 years ago

Light–medium bodied, good chilled. Brambly blackberry, cranberry, light touch of funkiness, some mineral. From Flatiron Wines. 12/15/20 — 3 years ago
Aromatics spank you... hard. It's that dirty spanking that you like. Tart black plum sauce takes control at first, but after a couple swirls, secondary aromas of grilled meats, leather, and espresso get on top. Thrusting from the bottom are dried herbs, licorice, and menthol. Full-bodied with structured tannins and edgy acidity. You're left with a puckering yogurt creaminess in the back finish. Balanced like the Kama Sutra, this wine gives you a Marvin Gaye song on repeat. These Nero's are a steal. — 8 years ago
