This is a text book Alto Adige at it's best. Pale green hue, rich nose of flowers, lemon, minerality, green apple and hints of peach. On palate this is vibrant with clean acidity, saltiness and spices combined with herbs and lemon. Great stuff on a summer patio — 13 days ago
Bit of an opposite to the Köfererhof bottling. This is more substantial from the start if still following the varietally accurate lines. It's more lush and upfront and at the same time posess good depth and nice lingering aftertaste — 13 days ago

Candied pear, aromas of a lakeside cottage, cedar, honey, and rosemary.
Bae loved this one right away and told me I wouldn’t like it (I’m guessing because of the sweetness), but upon first sip, I actually really appreciated this old world style of elements working in harmony with each other.
Sweetness balanced with acidity, slight bubbles, a freshness that doesn’t end with that unctuous note that can sometimes be off putting in wines like this, and a nice effervescence.
Very well rounded, one to one linearity between bouquet and tasting.really enjoyable drinking experience. — a year ago
Impressionnant nez d'amande et de pâtisserie! Bouche grasse et longue! J'aurais aimé par contre une pointe de minéralité en finale! — 6 years ago
