10/2020. Great wine and price point. 100% Gamay. Bold flavor and finish. Paired well with the escargot at Black Rooster. — 8 months ago
Smells of escargot in shallots.
This is one of those wines you should always have on the shelf, when you need a guaranteed well made Syrah.
Green pepper, smoke, fat, bright acidic fruit, dried plums, well integrated tannins with that acidity, tabac, and cocoa bring up the rear, and linger on. — 2 years ago

Drank at Bar Boulud with a beautiful Cappelletti, French onion soup and escargot. — 6 months ago
A bit spicy but so fire with escargot as an app. Had my last glass with the scallops also 😋 — 9 months ago
This is a very nice and balanced Rosé. Mineral driven front with nice weight. Strawberry and a hint of herb occurring early on the palate. Not too sweet or tart. The wine sort of thins out in the middle which definitely helps it to complement a wide variety of foods. This bottle was served with escargot, stuffed chicken, and herbed/grilled salmon and did a wonderful job of complementing all three. Finishes with gripping acidity when consumed alone..... we had to slow it down or else the bottle was going to be gone before the food came out! — 3 years ago
Super dry notes of woodiness, and acidic notes tart citrus, limoncello, and lemongrass on the nose. Very pale lemon color with medium-thin legs. Tastes more mellow than it smells, with white peaches n cream and Bosc pear on the palate, and hints of river stone, passion fruit, and gingery astringency lingering on the finish. Nicely balanced and polished with a subtle creamy quality. Great showing for a sauv blanc, probably would go good with white fish, crustaceans, escargot, and creamy Alfredo dishes. Great by itself :) — 8 months ago
