Pours like its all about the oxidation - salty, sour winey with sherry and whiskey nods, cheeses and nuts. It is for a second, but that fog burns off after a couple hours and it brightens to something different, primary, and more elegant.
Spiced ginger ale and cola, peaches, greasy leather, butterscotch candy and violets. Slippery texture.
Be generous with time and air, be very rewarded. — 3 months ago
Surprisingly approachable for an orange wine. Kumquat and bitter lemon. Good balance of acidity to counter the nice phenolic finish. Good structure. — 6 days ago
Tried it with multiple dishes and it tasted pretty bland until I tried it with fish, lemon garlic and butter. That brought out the flavors of peaches and pears. — 2 months ago

Light liquid yellow in the glass… explosive first sip. Acid, weight, bright lemon zest, brioche, tart key lime. Long, chewy, stemmy finish lasts at least 30 seconds. Wonderful mid-summer food wine that grows in gravitas and grip as it warms…nice foil to roast Alaskan halibut with heirloom tomato/ricotta topper. Not your average simple Italian white. — a month ago
