Deep, vibrant purple. Intense plummy fruit bouyed w warm toasted aromas that conjure vanilla, cumin, toasted oak. Dense, fleshy, long, with resolved tannins that still offer plenty of structure and elegant acidity. Among the best domestic, 'natural' wines I've had. — 5 years ago

Craft Wine CO’s “Minimus” range and the grapes are from “Cowhorn Vineyard.” I don’t even need to see the label to know this will have some biodynamic tendencies and I should wait for a fruit day.
80% Grenache and 20% Shiraz with the characteristic southern Rhône of plum, black currant, spice, and pepper. There seems to be some red fruit too. Great acidic balance and structure, medium tannins. Tastes bright and refreshing. — 3 years ago
Strong showing from a young producer. Rich and buttery with clear notes of pear and lemon. — 8 years ago
