We keep looking for a Syrah that wows us like the Shiraz found in Australia. Getting closer! Very earthy and dry. — 3 years ago
On it. Missing smoke but otherwise pretty much perfect. Got better with every glass. — 7 years ago
Ridiculously balanced, clean, ripe and smooth- all at the same time. We did a tasting here and ended with this. All before it paled. Dried apricot, grass, lemon peel, spiced pear. Heaven. — 8 years ago

Craft Wine CO’s “Minimus” range and the grapes are from “Cowhorn Vineyard.” I don’t even need to see the label to know this will have some biodynamic tendencies and I should wait for a fruit day.
80% Grenache and 20% Shiraz with the characteristic southern Rhône of plum, black currant, spice, and pepper. There seems to be some red fruit too. Great acidic balance and structure, medium tannins. Tastes bright and refreshing. — a year ago
