As effervescent and twee as the label.
It’s got a bit of zing and a bit of fizz, a lot of old world flavor, and a ton of easy drinker. It goes from zesty on day one to old world rustic French Chardonnay on day two. Would drink again, especially on a hot day on some cool waters. — a month ago
Fun! Highly aromatic with notes of blackberry and raspberry. Medium bodied with crisp tingly acidity. Concentrated fruity notes on the palate with a hint of something earthy. Nice chillable red. — 2 months ago
The label sets the tone. This wine is fun and quirky. Starts with a healthy punch of yeasty musk on the nose and then such a friendly welcome of burnt orange and pineapple on the tongue. Really easy to enjoy this one. — 3 months ago

Ancestral de la Cristina is an ode to a method (ancient or ancestral method pet nat) and a family - proud father Jordi, his wife Christina, and his daughter Berta - label artist.
Biscuity, malty, almondy. The runoff of good sourdough mix. I buy this every year. — 4 months ago
Introduction Champange from our friend Christina.
Lighter & leaner style of Rosé from what we normally drink. Soft mousse & micro oxidation. Strawberries light orange citrus, cherries, blackberry reduction, watermelon right on the rind, edgy, grainy chalkiness, grey volcanics. spot of saline/sea spray, baguette crust, pink rose pedals & flowers. The acidity is soft & splendid. Excellent finish that is well balanced, has nice tension, smartly polished & persists nicely for minutes. — 13 days ago
Got for Christina as housewarming in the spring. Both really like it. — a month ago
Always rock solid. I like the style even better than the technical score.
