This is only the second Tannat I’ve ever had and it good but not great. Missing some finer complexity to the wine but I was grateful to find it in the “other reds” section. — 2 months ago
v20. Very good, totally over delivers. Soft, yet fully smoked meat nose. Fresh, rich, dark black fruit medley. Bright, smooth, long, slightly astringent finish. Treasure. Great charcuterie wine. — 4 months ago
Very happy with my wine purchase. Notes of sweet black cherry, it's really delightful, and lightly herby/floral on the nose with a bite of acidity
Initially it's very soft on the palate with undertones of cherry and blackberry. It's followed by a warm, rounded tannic body that continues to carry the cherry throughout. Ends very gently with a more berry/herby aftertaste with notes of unknown herbs — 10 days ago

Absolutely delightful with well-balanced tannins. — 5 months ago
Absolutely delicious - one of the wines I’ve been most surprised of recently. Would never have guessed Argentinian Malbec blind - has a real old world character. Probably would have guessed something Italian with the excellent fruit/earth balance and the great lifting acid on the finish. Really very nice, and quite a value at $28. — 3 days ago
Mucho sabor a frutos rojos, agradable de tomar — 2 months ago
Will sample again. Citrus and a mineral balance. — 4 months ago
It shows the power of Ribera, even in a wet vintage like 2018. tannins are present. Expressive nose of ripe cherries, plums, chocolate, good acid, showing some tertiary, long life ahead. — 4 months ago

Had with our Uruguayan asado feast. Paired excellently with woodfired meats and vegetables. Wine stands up on its own too if you like jam forward oaky red wines. Aroma is barrel oak, vanilla, spice and dark fruit pie. Taste is a jammy blast of rich dark fruit, assertive tannin, and a lingering balance between the two to finish. Highly recommend this wine and would try more tannat wines! — 11 days ago
