Loved this champagne! — 2 years ago
Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with yeasty notes, significant Pinot Noir in blend. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lemon citrus zest and floral notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and yeasty biscuit character. Pair this with shrimp cocktail. — 2 months ago
Smoky, medium tannin, bold with fruits (raspberry, pomegranates with the seed) — 7 months ago
Bon soir from Paris and and change of pace to burgundy. Since canard was on the menu tonight, a burgundy seemed appropriate. A little tightly wound, this Gevery Chambertin was light and peppery with sour cherries and good acidity. Nice pairing with some excellent duck. — 3 years ago

Some Dude
We drank the 2012 in 2024, and it was starting to show its age. A little bit of sherry color was creeping into the palate, muting the fruit. But still delightful! — 2 months ago
