Reading Josh Raynolds’ description here on Delectable pretty much nails it on the head for me. Great interplay of subtle yet complex melange of green and yellow fruits, flowers, and the classic and lovely bitter notes that these varietals bring: anise, citrus pith, and wild herbs.
