Blend of 96% Tinto Fino and 4% Merlot, new and used oak aging, deep Ruby red with elegant bouquet of berry fruits, pepper spice with earthy tones. On the palate flavors of plum and blackberry, with tobacco, oak, pepper spice, lively acidity. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak, spice and an earthy character. Has a soft floral fragrance with notes of dark berries!
Drinks quite strongly and is intense right out of the gates. However, it does mellow out a bit…but still retains robust flavors of spice, dark fruit and tobacco leaf. — 2 months ago

Among the best that Ribero del Duero offers. Benefits from a generous decant for a wonderful waft in the glass — 21 days ago

Deep, dark and contemplative. Fresh and lively nose, but the fruit is quite restrained and serious. Black cherry, prune, vanilla bean and black pepper with dusty, astringent tannins. Long dry finish of hay, dried herbs and some of that bitterness. Drinking it on the cooler side. Feels right to sip this while listening to Sketches of Spain. — 12 days ago
