Apples on the nose, bone dry and very oxidised. Not sure I would buy this but it paired amazingly well with creamy fatty fish — a month ago

Arboledilla Levante Poniente Manzanilla en Rama Palomino

This is the Levante. Saca July15, ‘19.Twin of Pontiente.
Same bodega, eastern and western ends.The Levante is the “sunrise “, or eastern end.
N:With air , Big toffee, wood , seashells, cream.
P:Super Saline, Green Apple,wood but in check. Super refreshing, bracing.Delicate in the mouth. A treat!
