Dark fruit on the nose with a beautifully balanced and rich body. Black pepper and smooth fruit tones round out the full finish. — 5 years ago
45% Grenache, 36% Mourvèdre, 19% Syrah. 15% whole cluster. 16 months in old oak. Medium body, easy drinking. — 6 years ago
Tasting really nice. Chocolate, tart cherries, Baking spice, also a brawny/woodsy quality. The wood is more sandalwood as it opens, very smooth finish with a mixed of crushed berries with a dark chocolate sauce. Maybe even berry cobbler. I really like it. Not a great food pairing wine but nice to drink in front of fire on a rainy evening. — 9 months ago
Wonderfully peppery, dark fruit flavors smooth tannins — 4 years ago
World of Wines 4/13/18. Gentle tannins and an almost buttery finish. Drinkable without food for sure. If this was the last wine I ever tasted, I could die happy. — 5 years ago
The term ‘L’Egerie’ is French for ‘muse’ as Chris Peterson has crafted another stunning new Rose wine, blending 65% Grenache and 35% Mourvedre. Showing off its beautiful pale color, the wine opens with really good aromatic range, from salted Marcona almond to ripe strawberry, as well as melon and shades of Mandarin orange zest that all combine on the nose. The silky texture truly entices and collects momentum with the wonderful bright minerality of the wine. Elegant, yet showing good depth, the wine unveils bright red raspberry, strawberry and honeydew melon flavors that connect with the great sense of minerality. This finishes extremely long. Try to get your hands on this while it lasts. Drink 2019-2026- 92 — 4 years ago

An excellent Syrah from one of my favorite Washington vineyards. Chris Peterson, -the winemaker- did an excellent job. after 13 years the fruits and the tannins still in perfect harmony. — 3 months ago
