Single Vineyard Southern Valleys Pinot Noir 2019

Friday night at Feather & Bone in SYP (forgot to reserve in Wan Chai). Shaky start but the waiter just insisted on pouring my wine, “a lady shall never pour her own wine at dinner.” Sure. That works. Australian Wagyu is on the menu tonight... and then we’ll take the ding ding home. Oh! And the weather is amazing. October is oh so lovely here. Kris thinks this is easy to drink. Danny would score lower. Kris writes these, so she might hold a bit more weight. — 14 days ago

South Oaks Sauvignon Blanc

Everybody says passion fruit when it comes to Marlborough area wines. Sure enough, it's there...lurking in the background. Excellent acidity. So light in colour it's almost water clear. But the flavours are complex...tropical fruit with a refreshing chalky mineral in the background. Long, long finish. Loved this little wine. — 4 years ago

Personally love it! Fruity but not too light, rich taste, goes great with sea fruit. — 6 years ago

Block 88 Marlborough Pinot Noir 2013

Light but very bold textured. Spicy, berry infused. Very uncompromising but really smooth on the tongue. Long lasting taste. Love it — 5 years ago
