I'm no Cab Sauv fan, but this is a wine I can like. Really mellow on the fruit, mineral, green pear(!), dried cranberry, high acid but only medium tannin... Nothing like CS, and I'd drink it all day.

Brown is the new orange. This 2006 is drinking surprisingly bright and salty for a wine it's age and color. Dirty. And appealing. Though not as "weird" as I expected. — 9 years ago
