This 2015 Meursault Lormeau from Domaine Fabien Coche is my spring star, really enjoyed the wine, so balanced, smooth and delicious.
A lovely blend of summer stone fruit, citrus, mineral and a hint of butter, medium to full velvet smooth body, with delicious acidity and a lovely finish that is both fruity and fresh.
A buy again wine no doubt.

Lovely Cabernet from what turns out to be one of my favorite wineries in Israel: Clos de Gat, well made and delicious, old world in style yet still powerful with lovely notes of earth, black currents, coffee, Mediterranean spice and a light touch of chocolate, full body, round firm tannins, lovely acidity. Champagne and Caviar the ultimate combo especially on a fresh brioche. This delicious Champagne from Ulysse Colin Les Enfers was simply fresh and delicious! It went very well with the Caviar and kept a lovely sense of freshness. The bubbles are lively and the nose splendid. A well made champagne to enjoy also on it own 🥂🥂my score 91, drink to 2024. — 4 months ago

Lovely classic Bordeaux from Margaux (Ch Malescot St Exupery) a Grand Cru from the underrated 2004 vintage, lovely balanced and at its peak. Nothing great or amazing yet a very solid and elegant Bordeaux with notes of coffee, black current, prunes, earth, tobacco, tar and dry herbs. Medium to full body, with nice well integrated tannins and fine acidity. Pleasant finish. The wine is at its peak and I would not wait much more. My score 89, drink to 2020 — 9 months ago
