Amazing. Complex. Young. Wow. — 3 years ago
Love this. Rich, nutty, energetic full of balanced fruit with lovely acidity. Top class wine and a great match with food. — 3 years ago
This will sound ridiculous, unless you’ve tried this. This Saxum is power without weight, reminds me of a grand cru Vosne with just a hint of more fruit. 15% but elegant and complex. The alcohol is completely invisible. Wow. — 6 years ago
I wanted to love it. I expected the same magic and purity that you get from Breton, Foillard, Lapierre, and other similarly minded producers. This was just (again only for my taste) unpleasant. Reminiscent of rank cheese or smelly feet. I tried to focus on the fruit, the translucent beauty, but in the end my guests and I found this undrinkable. — 3 years ago
Opened to young. This Rosso has a long life ahead and probably a wonderful evolution. Now it’s beautiful cherry and classic Sangiovese flavors. Youthfully beautiful. — 4 years ago
Closed right now. I’m going to give it the benefit of thinking it needs more time to come together. Great acidity, beautiful crisp acidity and flavors of pears and peach. There’s not much mud palate or finish. But a lot of gorgeous acidity and minerality. Maybe I just needed a lobster roll with it? — 6 years ago

Really a delightful and serious bojo. I drank this too young. It has the stuff to age, evolve, and improve. Kudos Mee Godard! — 3 years ago
