Slate and currant and red fruit with firm tannins. A minerally earthy wine with young fruit. Enjoyable — 11 years ago
Elegant. Nose of black cherry currant. Complex fruit up front that finishes softly. — 11 years ago
Playing wine log catchup over las week. A sleeper. A really nice wine, refined and gentle at first but quickly opened up after sitting for an hour. Big fruit up front with such a long beautiful soft finish. — 11 years ago
Fantastic wine. Great balance, ridiculous architecture. 50% merlot, 43% cab, 7% petit Verdot. — 11 years ago
Nice. Red Cherry and currant. Round soft mouthfeel throughout. Delightful with some young fruit at end. No dirty underwear. — 11 years ago
so much good wine this week. Dark wine, with smells of dark berries and earth. Nice complexity with no overpowering tastes. Cab sauv tastes more pronounced despite. Strong finish tannins. Another great wine. — 11 years ago
Nice fresh apples with soft mouthfeel. Doesn't have the typical metallic acidity of s Blanca but tastes great. 24$ at winery and better than their reserve. — 11 years ago
Cold icy slate mineral vege earth. Complex and refined, light. Nice. The real trotanoy. — 11 years ago
One of the best wines ive had. I could smell the wine from my glass a foot away; powerful red berries. This is elegant and refined; there is an initial lul in thentaste and then the ripe atrawberry/cherry fruit up hits you in the mid palate; the soft finish is lacy and is so great. So many flavors; soft tannins with vanilla, flowers, Earth; seems to last forever. — 11 years ago
