Solid wine that took the prize in our dinner time face off between 2013 Napa and Sonoma Cabs (Kinneybrook). Had more flavor dimension and structure even though poured by the glass vs. decanted 1hr in the case of the Kinneybrook. Not world class, but certainly not disappointing. — 8 years ago
Decent body and fruity with a good finish. Enjoyed with Gnocchi and Bolognese sauce. — 8 years ago
Really enjoyed this modestly dry and well balanced Stellenbosch (So. Africa) Chenin Blanc on a leisurely Sunday afternoon. Nose of pear, apple and floral origin; oak and acidity was a bit heavy at first sip, but mellowed to a pleasant mineral backdrop over the hour of consumption. — 7 years ago
Delicious wine with ripe berries and rich plum with tannins that present at opening but relax with time. Enjoyed very much! — 8 years ago
Nicely balanced medium body Merlot with delicate tannins across the palette. Color of berries and prune and a stone fruit presence too as I continue to sip this very pleasant bottle into my stomach. — 8 years ago
Nice wine with distinct flavor of fruits and earth with medium dryness and good finish. — 8 years ago
A very pleasant red with big fruit and moderate tannins with a respectable finish. Easy price at the table, destined to be even better at home. With lamb shank, brown sauce. — 7 years ago
Not a bad wine, with some ripe plum and cherry somewhere in there yelling to come out--or stay asleep for some more years. Diminished by inability to evolve in side by side comparison to a Mondavi Napa Cab of like vintage (2013), but that's why we do this! — 7 years ago
Paler red and lacking more complexity than I had hoped. Tannins are there but little more to note. Expected more from this wine. — 8 years ago

This bold Chardonnay arm-wrestled me for control of my mouth until at half-bottle we made peace. I developed a respect for it that led me to finish it, and regret its emptiness. Oak aplenty, I sensed cut grass amid a fairly balanced acidity and potent alcohol level. Maybe the rectangular bottle is stronger, and meant to keep this powder keg wine from exploding. — 7 years ago
