Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

We brought this to Rio. It’s become our house wine (amongst others).
So good!

Distinctive Cab nose. Big black cherry, figs, spice notes. Dark hot chocolate, mild tannins and lingering finish.

Very dry, tannic.

Dark ruby red color, nice slow tears and coloring around the glass. Med+ aroma, dark fruits, hints of chocolate and spices, definitelly oaked, probably in american barrel. Med+ body, med+ acidity, med+ tannins. Nice well balanced finish.

Paired with Ben & Jerry's peanut buttah cookie core👌

Full bodied but on the lighter side. Had at Cru flight tasting 11/21/24.
