Enjoyed this much more than the Gutedel. There is still the characteristic diesel Ziereisen-note but there is plenty more going on in the background. Much easier to pair and very enjoyable!

Just too stanky / eggy at this point. Otherwise this could be a 1er Cru white Burgh. Bought at the winery and tasted in the US again - suitcase import. Ziereisen is probably in regards to diversity of his portfolio the best winemaker in Germany right now - I tasted 20 wines or so. Over time will post them. I am behind and Delectable is incredible slow these days.
