Jasmine, white flowers, honeysuckle. There’s a spring-time freshness and sweet florality to this that is intoxicating. And it’s also very long and spicy, and so expressive.

What a little time can do! Beautiful nose, lovely citrus and oily notes. A tiny whiff of peach skin. The palate is a touch white burgundy-esque with some Chenin-like texture. Salty, mineral, and savory. Will go back to this. Solid!!!

Tangy nose. Stone fruits. Hints of citrus. Bathed in minerals. Terrific cleanliness and purity. Mineral fruit balance is perfect. Lingers. So drinkable and juicy. Can't stop drinking this.
