Zerella family is from Campania and Fiano is very dear to them.
This variety has no problem with the cool vlimate of the Adelaide Hills and develops a great natural freshness that characterises the wine.
Winners at many wine shows, unfortunately there is not enough of this wine, only 300 cases.
It would be interesting to see how it ages, but for now let's enjoy all the shades of its youth.
Long and dry. Definitely food friendly, top with seafood.
